STALL SITE TICKETS MUST BE BOOKED IN ADVANCE.
Stall site tickets for upcoming markets can be booked by contacting Liz by phone or email using the form provided. Bookings will close at 5pm Saturday immediately prior to each market. If this is your first time at our market, you will need to fill out the form provided. Pre-booked tickets must be collected from the Ticket Officer on the Reserve between 7:00 - 7:45am on the market morning. Stall holders enter the reserve at 8am and tickets must be presented at the gate for admission. UNUSED TICKETS: Tickets are non-negotiable and non-refundable, therefore cannot be used for any alternative market date once booked. In the event of a postponed market due to inclement weather, the unused ticket will be valid for the rescheduled market on the following Sunday. |
Queuing on the Road and Site Access
|
To gain admittance to the Reserve at 8am you are required to park in the queue which forms “around the block” from Kerry St (off Dyson Road), onto McKay Ave, then Price St and Beach Rd. If there are any gaps in the queue you can safely move your car into that free space before 7.45am, ensuring the park is legal. Do not attempt to cut into the queue whilst the line is moving.
Stall holders are not permitted to enter the Reserve prior to 8am, unless instructed to do so, and must obey the directions of committee members at all times whilst on the Reserve for safety reasons. All stall sites must be vacated by 1.30pm. Customers that purchase large objects may access the reserve with their vehicle for pick-up, however, their vehicle must be escorted by a committee member. |
