An old fashioned, open air flea market
What a glorious day! Stallholders were a bit worried that the overcast sky heralded a wet day and some were questioning whether to buy a ticket or not, but they went ahead, even when it was reported that heavy rain was falling just down the road at Hallett Cove. Then, just before the market started, the sky began to clear and it turned into a really glorious day. Those stallholders who stayed away missed out on a good market. Not that many stalls, but plenty of buyers. Once again it proved the point that our market reserve does not get the same amount of rain as other suburbs.
